Heat Resistant Coating

Heat Resistant Coating

Roymal’s heat resistant coating is based on acrylic chemistries. Typically, these heat resistant coatings can resist temperatures up to 450°F (232°C). Applications include hot die release during pouch and lid sealing operations. Roymal also offers a 2K system for paper that can resist temperatures over 500°F (260°C). These coatings are applied to paper, paperboard and film using the standard printing processes, i.e., rotogravure, flexographic and offset.

  1. Temperature resistant coating enables paints to protect and preserve color and structure at higher temperatures. This product line provides protection for substrates if high operating temperatures compromise the durability and efficiency of other coatings. Protexion offers high temperature resistant coating for protection of steel substrates from a range of temperatures up to 600 ° C.

  2. Hello. I’m MR. Sung in South Korea.

I’m insterested in your heat-resistance coating solution.

    1. Have you South Korea branch?
    2. recommended coating thickness?
    3. Can i use Gravure coatiing process?

    thank you.
